About me

I’m a Gestalt-trained coach with more than 110 hours of coaching experience (as of December 2025). ICF ACC certification in January 2026.

Before coaching, I spent 20+ years in sales and marketing in the medical device industry, including 15+ years in leadership roles.

In my late 30s, I immigrated to the United States.
In my late 40s, I navigated a major career transition myself.

Today I’m an entrepreneur with a history of building successful businesses, and a lifelong learner in psychology, behavior change, and well-being.

This lived experience deeply shapes how I support people through change.

A Glimpse Into the Process
